Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@enneagramacademie.com before the withdrawal period has expired.
You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, subject to the conditions above.
Returning Your Item
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We recommend returning products in their original packaging where possible, but the absence of the original packaging does not automatically affect your right of withdrawal.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@enneagramacademie.com.
If the product is defective or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed after delivery;
- newspapers, periodicals and magazines (except subscriptions);
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost.
Digital Products
Where you purchase digital content and request immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@enneagramacademie.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, any eligible refund will be handled appropriately. Please contact us for assistance.
