The team
Carita Sutherland and Hans Pluijms, the founders of the Enneagram Academy, have over 25 years of experience with the Enneagram as trainers and coaches.
They received their training in the methodologies of the Enneagram from Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson at the Enneagram Institute in the USA. They are internationally certified Enneagram trainers, members of the Enneagram Association, and registered with the Central Register of Short Vocational Education (CRKBO) in the Netherlands.
